What is a Lease Purchase Program?

A lease purchase program is an investor backed option for home ownership. It will allow you to find a home listed for sale or for sale by owner. Have an investor purchase the home for you and then lease it back to you with a locked-in rent and purchase amount.

Apply for approval
The application process is pretty quick. It usually takes about 7-10 minutes to complete. This process includes uploading income verification documents, and a soft credit pull and background check. The investment company usually notifies us of the approval within 2-3 business days. (We’ve seen this happen sooner) 

Find an eligible home
After approval we work with you to find homes that meet the standard requirements for the program. We take you out to tour homes that are within your approved budget

We submit the home for approval
Once we find the home you love we submit to the investment company for final approval and inspection

The investor purchase the home and then leases it back to you
After you agree to the terms of the rental and purchase price the investor will purchase the home and you will sign your first year lease with no obligation to purchase
